Need Help with R52N

I´m using 2 RB433Ah with R52N and 2 antenas on each side with 30 dBi. It´s work great with udp for one side, it´s go more them 100 Mega. But when we put both sides, the traffic go down. When we put TCP the traffic go down too. The SNR is very good, -49 db. Someone can help me ?
