Need Help with Routing

Please i need help Urgent

I am setting an ISP
Check the Attached Diagram

I can get Internet on Mikrotik when i did ping to 8.8.8.8 and also if i do NATing
but on switch i didnt get any thing

did i do something wrong
or do i need to make some route changes

also when i do the ping 8.8.8.8 from mikrotik Sourcing from port 12 it work
but when i do ping 8.8.8.8 from mikrotik sourcing from port 10 request time out
