Hello guys I need help with this!
I want to ask if is possible to limit the speed not in IP but in mac address.
If this is possible please post a working tutorial because I search at wiki mikrotik but nothing found.

I’m not aware that it’s possible directly.
However you can bind mac addresses to ip addresses and then configure queues for the ip addresses.
