please l need link to download 5.7 Version , the 5.8 Version downloaded is not working for me.
Under the set up configuration, is asking to “load interface driver”
Am using x86 system
downgrade of version is unlikely to solve your problem. try describing the problem in more detail, maybe it can be solved otherwise?
BTW, copy the link address of v5.8 in your IDM but change 5.8 with 5.7
I tried to install RouterOS fresh with CD Install.After set ether1 name as “local” and ether2 name as “public”.
Then next stage. /setup… there is problem here, asking to “load interface driver” and l press enter and the installalation stop. But the last time i used 5.7 version , l did not encounter this problem.

apparently the PC doesn’t have any ethernet interfaces, or RouterOS can’t detect them. do you have another type of PC where to try the installation?
But i tried to install with 4.17 and there is no problem, although, l will get another PC to try

I need the Download also. I am having the exact same problem on my RB 435G. It arrived with 5.7 installed and worked fine, as soon as i updated it to 5.8 I wont let me use the setup in the new terminal, It keeps saying that Adding a IP or Gateway is unavailable.

upload the package to the router with Winbox, or with FTP.
then, to upgrade, simply reboot.
to downgrade, type “/system package downgrade”
