Need old image

Hi,

want to upgrade an old remote RB500 which has 2.9.48 and wireless-crd
installed.

I want to test the upgrade on another RB500 to make sure I dont need
to travel.

So can someone provide me a 2.9.48 Image and a 2.9.48 wireless-crd
Package.

how would the same version packages help you in this case ?

I downgrade a RB500 on my desk to the same version the remote system has and
then do the upgrade on my desk. So If upgrade kills my wireless-connection I have
to travel for the upgrade. If upgrade goes ok I can dare to do the remote upgrade.

Updating is hot stuff !!

Downgraded to 2.9.48 / wireless-crd

Uploaded 2.9.51 complete package + wireless-crd package

Reboot

Update to 2.9.51 is ok. But: Active package is normal wireless package. wireless-crd is installed
but disabled.

wireless-crd doesn’t do anything for your router, it just changes some compliance mode. in later versions this package is not needed anymore. most important thing is - did your wireless connection stay active after the upgrade?

Yes. My Testsystem stayed online. So I will do an upgrade of the live system.
Nevertheless I wait for better weather in case of …
