What is the proper configuration to bridge a ethernet port on a pc to a wireless network using a RB532. I tried a simple wlan1 to ether1 bridge to no avail. the pc pulled an ip from the wireless but will not ping.

I dont think the instructions talk about using mikrotik as a an ethernet to wireless bridge.

(edit) …or, as others will (wisely) tell you, if it is an option for you, just use WDS.
Thank you Nathan, IT shouldnt have to be that difficult. It amazes me i can get a $70.00 linksys and flash it with some DDWRT and i have a working bridge in minutes.

However, it’s possible to bridge using WDS or EoIP features.
