please help in providing script that sends the output of ping to specified mail after system startup with 5 min

What kind of “ping output” are you looking for? Number of successful/failed pings?
And what do you mean by “after system startup with 5 min”? Do you want the script to run once, 5 minutes after startup, or run every 5 minutes after startup? Or something else?
providing all ping statistics (ip address , time and number of successful pings) and it will run once after the system startup by 5 min and sends the ping details by mail
