I don’t use PPOE, but I believe you can select the interface (dynamic) and delete it. this will disconnect the current session.
You will want to disable the PPOE Acct BEFORE you drop the connection. (Or it will simply re-connect as if an error had occurred).
Once the ACCT has been corrected IE PAID, you can re-enable the PPOE acct and the connection will come up.
