Need some info to optimize connection

Hello everyone
I have couple of 1016 routerboards, with over 5000 users, and multi internet sources ( Fiber optic - air fiber )
I have set some sites to get large amount of bandwidth, and its effecting the ping and jitter and packet loss for users who play online video games, when I add 8Mb band to the games IP’s the packet loss jitter and ping all go down to a perfect state, but everything else ( sites and download speed) start to mess up and surfing becomes bad, note that i have 1gb pure speed. and 8mb pure band would cost 800$ so i want to avoid giving pure band just for games that doesnt require more than 100kb band
some sites I download from get 30 kb speed some 1 mb and im confused to what should i do to optimize the servers.
And would getting public IP’s change anything? and how to get them

What exactly do you want done? Completely block services such as online video games, or limit services?

I want full access for all games with minimum latency that my location can have, in game latency is too high unless i give large mount of bandwidth as i mentioned earlier

Why are you using PPPoE? Are you doing some kind of bandwitdh control or firewall on the device?
