I am setting up a RB1100 for my WISP, currently have 30 customers and having issues receiving payments from customers, would i would like to do is setup a prepaid system, they login with their username and password and if they havn’t paid they cant access the net they are redirected to a payment page where they can buy 30 day blocks. I’d like a free solution and use paypal for the purchase.

UM has Paypal intergration. I have never used it but i think this is what you are after
user manager with mikrotik works fine
it has paypal and authorize.net payment system

I guess, I’ve a solution for you.. we’re just about to finish such project. That have subscriber management, prepaid vouchers, customized login page, works with Mikrotik Hotspot, Accepts payments via paypal and is free.
