I have two branches with two point to point connections and need to communicate from one branch to another via L2 connectivity. How can I ensure auto fail-over in MikroTik?

you have point to point connectivity or you have some intermediate devices like switches in between. Mikrotik has feature Bonding that works quite perfectly for failover and load balancing too. if you requrie furhter help do let me know.
