Need to find out what I have

We have taken over support for a small RV park. They appear to have a Mikrotik RB/KAO 2.4GHz Access Point Package, used as a hotspot for people in the park to have wireless internet access. I “think” it’s running a RouterBoard 500 series, it’s mounted on a pole on the roof of the office building, (omni-directional antenna and a box).
Can I use winbox/webbox to find out the specific hardware? Can I use them to save the configuration? Can I use them to find and save the license/activation key? Any specific documents I should read from the Documents page of the Mikrotik site?
Any help or guidance is appreciated.

Can I use winbox/webbox to find out the specific hardware?

Yes, you can.

Can I use them to save the configuration?

system backup save name=1

Can I use them to find and save the license/activation key?

system license print will show you the key, it is already saved on your router.

Any specific documents I should read from the Documents page of the Mikrotik site?

If you are interesting in feature supported by MikroTik, you can read,

Configuration examples,

What “neak of the woods” are you in??

Thanks, Sergejs
I guess I just need to read all the docs for the RouterOS 2.9 to figure out what I’m doing.
