We have a small BPO company and we would like to know if your routers supports VOIP or not ?
Kindly let us know as soon as possible with model number of router that support VOIP.

VOIP works over UDP and TCP and thus will work. For VOIP and NAT, Mikrotik works better than DLINK, Linksys, TrendNet and Sonicwall. This is because Mikrotik doesn’t do PAT (port address translation) when it doesn’t have to. With some brands, sometimes you’ll get one-way or no audio.
Mikrotik routers can be difficult to configure if you’re not tech savvy.
Mikrotik does not support ALG for VOIP (Application Level Gateway). ALG is supposed to assist protocols such as SIP to connect correctly. The implementations in other brands often do not work.
At the end of the day, life is easier if your handset or pbx can have a public IP, in which case just use a standard switch off your modem. If it’s just a handset you have (or analog gateway) then a dynamic IP will work fine.
