Neigh-Viewer/Winbox was unable to recognize my R450's MAC

Hi everyone,

I just bought brand new RB450 & RB450G. as the pre-salesman mentioned to me, there was no need for me to install the RouterOS via NetInstall, just plugged the cable and use winbox to telnet it.

I did as he mentioned before, I plugged a crossover cable to its ethernet port, then used winbox to log it in. But, My PC didnt recognize RoBo’s MAC address. I also used Neighbour Viewer, but still… there was no MAC listed. I tried manually enter MAC, but, again… Connection Time Out.

What Should I do? :cry:
