Neighbor Discovery Over L2TP

Good morning forum,

I have created an L2TP over IPSEC interface and connect to it from a Windows 10 computer.

I can ping everything and access everything via Web Interface that i need but i can’t seem to get the Neighbor Discovery to work.

I try to see the MikroTik Router via Winbox but it doesn’t show although i can access it via IP through Winbox.

Is NeighBor Discovery possible through the VPN?
