Under Discovery configuration there is a subsection on LLDP-MED for IP phones.
I cannot get my router version 6.46.8 to show anything past /ip neighbor discovery-settings.
The properties do not show up on winbox or command line.

Please show my error.

I can see lldp-med-net-policy-vlan to be added in 6.48beta35. So no wonder you cannot see it in 6.46.8.
