Does the neighbor discovery in the Winbox login window work any differently than ip - neighbors within Winbox?
I have a Routerboard that’s being difficult to find.
Not really. In both instances, you have to be on the same broadcast domain in order to receive the discovery packets.
That particular router I was trying to access wouldn’t work locally either, so I had to reset the configuration.
