Hi, I’m planning to cover some areas with the new Netbox AC and 20db gain MIMO 90 degree sector.
With 40 clients on SXT, NV2 and 20MHz channel how many bandwith could I provide to them?
I would give to clients 6Mbps and 10Mbps pppoe profile.
Last question, waht is the best dual chain radio for PTMP?

• The frequency probably will not be clear
• Perhaps a few clients will be in nearLOS
• I would connect about 40 clients per sector

Hi,

for me 65 clients with 6mb seems to be limit before service degrades. NV2 + fp > of course not all clients are using 6MB at the same time but this limit seems to work out for me. It all depends on your clients behaviour. If they are all normal surfers then you could probably go more, if the majority stream IPTV the limit will likely be much less
