Is there someway to enable this on my mikrotik router?

I’m looking to export data to ntop and simmilar apps for network usage.

I believe you can do this with RADIUS.. Is netflow proprietary to Cisco?

yes, NetFlow is proprietary to Cisco.
RouterOS has similar feature called Traffic-Flow (v2.9)
