interesting info.

on cable ( i supose is docsis )

how many channels are they using for download on a node supporting 100+mbps speed clients??

upload speed??

I would imagine in the Netherlands that cable majority is mostly 125/10.

900K+ >100Mbps in France at the end of 2014.

No, I think the typical of those Dutch would be better: 120/12.

And 2.3M FTTH there.

Download: Currently most systems support 8 channels, but most ISP’s are in the process of upgrading to 16 channels. 500M Down / 40M Up accounts become available in the next months. For now 200/20 is the max. on cable and 500/500 or even 1000/1000 on fiber.

I understand there’s also 500/50 DOCSIS 3.0 for business there.

500/40 : https://www.ziggo.nl/zakelijk/zakelijk-internet/connect-mkb/

Not so bad. In some other markets, UPC only offers 500/25.
