I am trying to transfer the routeros through the netinstall feature I have a crossed cable connected to my pc and goes to the server I open the netinstall and followed the steps assigning a ip address to the client like the diagram says but I haven’t been succesful at all. What can I do to make it work and transfer the routeros on that del server?

is that dell server’s BIOS set to boot from network ? does it try to do that ? at which point does it fail ?
No, basically I should boot up automatically but it doesn’t do anything, I heared if you set it up to legacy and run the 2.9.39 it might work. So that is why I am trying to do. Any other ideas to make it work?

well, you should manually set it to boot from network, and then make sure the netinstall tool is running in PXE mode, nearby (same hub/switch)
