netinstall and groove a-5hn

Hi,

is there a special netinstall version out there for such groove devices?
i ask because my groove device bailed out during update from 5.20 to 5.22.
so i tried my luck with netinstall.
setup bootp server and clients 0.0.0.0 (so all).
unfortunately i can see on wireshark the bootp requests, but the program doesnt listen to that requests…
os of mine is win7 and all firewalls got switched of.

well if there i a special version i would be happy to get some direction towards it,

No.

Did you set the Client IP Address field to 0.0.0.0 in the Net Booting dialog? It should be an IP address in the same subnet as your computer (http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Netinstall#Connection_process). I don’t think 0.0.0.0 will work…
