Hello. I have a problem with my RB-941-2nd (Hap Lite). Trying to restore RouterOS, after OpenWrt installation, but Netinstall can’t see my device.
What i already did:
1.Removed all network adapters except that one which is connected to my router.
2.Connected lan cable to wan port of the router.
3.Changed machine’s ip to 192.168.88.2, netmask 255.255.255.0, default gateway 192.168.88.1 (tried without setting a gateway - no difference)
4.Placed netinstall application and firmware package to the root of the C: drive.
5.Enabled boot in netinstall application and set client ip to 192.168.88.1 (tried different ip’s with no result).
6.Powered off router, pressed and held the reset button, connected power and waited about 20 seconds (led starts blinking, than stops, then goes off) then let it go.
With all this - still no result, netinstall can’t see router.
Also i tried this on different pc’s with no luck.
When i try to do this from linux, terminal console from which i’m starting netinstall shows a plenty of text, ending with these lines:
REQ RECEIVED:
ENTERING TFTP LOOP
TFTP timeout
Can anybody help? What am i doing wrong?
