Netinstall does not work

Trying Netinstall but it does not work. Getting below error from serial console

Formatting disk…
ERROR: could not mount filesystem
Press ENTER to reboot

Any solution?

What version of Netinstall is used?
Also, does it happen on all routers or a specific one?

Netinstall is working fine. It does not work for a device.
