[NETINSTALL] Error - board supports from 0.0

Hi,

I’ve downloaded the 6.43.1 version of Netinstall and the 6.43.1 image for RB3011UiAS-RM.
I’ve started the standard procedure for make a new install of RouterOS but as Netinstall find the RB3011UiAS-RM, I press “install” but an error message appears: “board supports from 0.0”.

What’s wrong?

I’m having the same problem with hap ac (RB962). It bricked itself during the upgrade to 6.44.1, and now I cannot use netinstall to recover. I get the same error, “board supports versions from 0.0”.

Edit: disregard. Turns out that after you select the device in the upper-left pane, the package selection in the bottom pane is cleared. I had to select the package again, and then install works.

I have same problem with sxt 5nd r2.
when select the device in the upper-left pane, the package selection in the bottom pane is cleared.
what’s the solution.
