netinstall - FATAL ERROR: bad network connection problem?

Hello
I’m trying to install 5.18 version using the netinstall
my computer is XP ,no firewall ,
but I get the error message of:

“FATAL ERROR: bad network connection problem”

the router and the cable is working with another computer

what could be the problem?

Make sure you connected network cable to ether1 of RB.
