But I am unable to flash the package on latest netinstall.
I can connect it and everything.
when i press install nothing happens for a moment then the router returns to ready, like before clicking install
firewall off, ran tool as admin, used ether1, no clue what else it may be.
Had this same problem last week. Took me an hour to netinstall a mAP2nD.
Steps to check:
- Disable other network interfaces
- Set fixed IP and gateway on interface
However, since the device is visible this is probably ok.
Make sure to press the reset button for the amount of seconds specified in the quick setup guide.
I needed to press the button for a few seconds longer after USR led went dark.
I’ve already ensured there’s no other interfaces interfering and used a static ip with gateway.
it’s something else since the router is able to start up in netboot mode.
again: It simply does nothing for a moment after clicking install then returns to ready status with install button
rb750g here: i have to turn on the router while reset is pressed until it appears to be doing a second boot, there it shows up in netinstall.
