I may be missing something or doing it completely wrong, but how do you NetInstall the Map2N?
I have tried using the boot options under System-> Routerboard for Ethernet then NAND .. No Go
Additionally I tried using the ring jumper on the PCB and that didn’t seem to get anything done either.
The Mode/Reset Switch on the side looked like it was going to do something my Netinstall system didn’t get any hits.
Any suggestions?

Have you used NetInstall before?
I have done a NetInstall on a mAP2N already..it does work.. 
Not knowing your configuration, make sure:
Disconnect power from the mAP
You set your PC’s to static IP address 192.168.88.2 (This is just my way)..
Connect a patch cord from your PC to the mAP’s ether1.
Make sure you have NetInstall running, select NetBooting, and enter the address 192.168.88.1
While holding down the reset on the side, apply power..Keep holding the reset button down till the “USR?” light stops blinking
Once that happens, let go of the reset button and see if your mAP shows up in the NetInstall window.
Be patient, it will take little longer than most RouterBoards..
Browse to the firmware files, select the ones you want to install..

In answer to your question..
Yes I have used Netinstall before, I mentioned that in the original post.
The part I needed answered was which indicator I should look for as listed in your post it is the USR led.
I will try again with that information. Thank you for taking the time to answer the question.
