Netinstall hangs with "Waiting for Drivers..." message

Trying to netinstall to a Dell R310 server with Sata Drive. I get the Welcome to Mikrotik Router Software remote Installation and then I get a list of 4 MAC addresses and the “Waiting for drivers…” message.

The Dell has two native ether ports on the MB. I have had a four port ethernet card also installed. I assume the 4 mac addresses are the ports of the ethernet card with 4 ports. These are supposed to be Intel ethernet ports.

I’m at a loss…can anyone make a suggestion to be able to proceed with this install?

Thanks,
Jim

PS The target computer doews not show up the the Netinstall Routers/Drives window.

when you get that message, try to unplug the ethernet cable from the onboard card and plug to the card that has of those 4 listed MAC address, it will continue to send the driver from those card and continue with the install process.

Thank you. That did the trick. All is fine and MT is installed!

btw, I was running NetInstall from my Win7 x64 system and it was flawless after following your advise.

I have problems with a RouterOs5.12 R310 to install … I get error when I try it from the CD.
Can not find the disc.
Thks for all response..!!!
