Hey Guys,
I am trying to re flash my RB1200 using netinstall 5.11 due to a corrupted nand,
got to the point were the RB1200 PXE boots and get’s an IP from the Netinstall,
but I don’t get the RB1200 showing up in netinstall. I have network cable “straight”
connected directly from teh PC to the RB12000 in port 10 ?
Does it have to be a cross over cable ?
any other help would be appreciated. step by step would help, I did try to follow this

PC is running windows 7 Pro.
