Netinstall not working on RB1000

I have updated rb450g and rb1000 units to v4.5. I didn’t have access to the internet at that location so I didn’t update the licences for those units. After I got back to that location(about a week) I noticed that the ethernet lights were dark (Demo license expired). Brought them back to the main office and followed the instructions for netinstall. I worked on the rb450g unit fisrt no problems. I tried the rb1000 but the netinstall software doesn’t see the rb1000. I put the rb450g back on netinstall seen it again, so my configuration for setup is right. I updated the firmware on the rb1000 but didn’t do anything for netinstall. I did a hard reset (holding the button down for a while), that brought it back to firmware 2.14 and I updated it to 2.20. No luck yet on getting this fixed. Any ideas?

Found that the rb450 didn’t have a problem with the small hub I had, but the rb1000 did. Went direct from rb1000 to laptop and it worked.
