Netinstall Problem

Any one can help me? I bricked my Routerboard hAP mini. recently i reset my router. then when i was tried to remote my router theirs no reply. i try to ipconfig but it doesnt show any default gateway. then i try to used netinstall to install new frimware. i already download the package. i already done netinstall config but when i click my router to install my packages. theirs no packages shown in the box bellow. please help me on how to solved it.. thank you!

I hope this is truly as simple as it sounds

Create a Windows folder containing the RouterOS modules that you wish to install. When the name of your unit appears in the netinstall window, click the unit name, then click the browse button to browse to that Windows folder and then select the packages you want to load. Then click install. Make sure the files in that folder are for the right processor architecture, or they won’t show up in netinstall.

Sir thank you for your reply! i tried many times i create windows folder and i put my package. but when i select my unit the package in the directory will not appear. then i try to browse to the folder containing the package still it cant be shown. what do you mean right processor architecture? thank you again!

If you look at the software download page at routerboard.com, you will see that RouterOS comes in a number of different processor flavors: MIPSBE, ARM, TILE, SMIPS, etc. The HAP mini is (I believe) a SMIPS device. You must download that version of the packages and put those in your Windows folder. Netinstall will not show packages unless they match the architecture of the chosen device.

Curiously, I was unable to find a definitive statement anywhere online on Mikrotik’s sales or software pages of what the architecture of the hAP mini is. I have kicked that problem back to their sales team.
