Netstream and VOIP

I have a 1/2 mile 5.8ghz link. I have good singal Strength at 67/68 and the only connect I can make is at 6mb. There are no other 5.8ghz singals in the air (we are very rural).

I need to increase the capacity of this link and was thinking about turning on netstream. Has anyone tried running voip acorss netstream? And what are your suggested settings for:

enable-polling, framer-limit, and framer-policy?

As for my link issue, I am using two 22db 5.8ghz grids both vertical. One side is on a high hill on a 30" tower. The other side is on the top of the building on a 8" pole. Short cables on both ends, with adapters and cables rated up to 6ghz. Both sides using 400mw Sanio a/b/g cards.
