Netwatch Problem

Hi

I have several Netwatch monitoring VPN hosts and notify me to Line Application Notification through HTTP API.
Sometime i received 2 notifications said UP and Down at same time. I checked VPN up time no lost connection.
This is irritated me
Any one have this problem

Maybe something wrong with the script. What code is written in the Up and Down sections?

Increase timeout in netwatch.
I am monitoring some IPSec tunnels with netwatch and daily I get false alarms. Then again, my timeout is 1000 ms (normal reply of tunnels is 2-5ms)
