Network diagram/documentation

This is my network.

It spans 8 physically separate locations (and one more coming online very soon).

The diagram is produced in The Dude and is live (i.e., real time’ish monitoring).

Would you experts recreate this in a more standardized and static way?

My goal is to document and display details of the infrastructure of the network

Is there an easy (but powerful and complete) way to keep track of all the details of the network and it’s components?

I understand there are different conceptualization (logical, physical, etc.). Some samples are below the diagram of my network.

Just wondering what a nice simple solution would be to make make the details of, and relationships between all the components of the network knowable easily.

Wowzer… you need some serious software. A bit much to keep on the top of your head only.

Maybe something like
https://www.fortra.com/products/network-monitoring-software/network-mapping-software
https://www.domotz.com/
(more on network mappers → https://www.dnsstuff.com/top-7-network-mapping-tools )
free/open source
-NetDisco does it. http://netdisco.org
-LibreNMS does it. https://docs.librenms.org/Extensions/Network-Map/

More generic programs.
https://www.smartdraw.com/network-diagram/network-diagram-software.htm
others…
https://diagrams.mingrammer.com/
https://plantuml.com/
https://flourish.studio/visualisations/network-charts/

To make sure I am clear: Only the first image is my network. The others are just samples of types of diagrams.

What I need is easy/simple/intuitive.

Yes, brain is full: No more room to store more details.

Added a few more links above, you might want to avoid the network mappers if looking for simple
PS. I had to take two aspirin after looking at the diagrams.

I should have opened with a warning to look away.

I looked at the links. There are some extraordinarily powerful solutions there.

I’m looking for simple.

Maybe GNS3? I understand the diagramming and documenting is not GNS3’s main purpose, but it looks reasonably intuitive and is designed to store network data, as opposed to generic drawing/diagramming packages.
