I found some directions on doing a packet capture from a switch to Wireshark, does anyone know of a free solution to do a packet capture to a network location so I can capture from all switches so I can do troubleshooting without having to configure each switch to startup a network capture when I need to do the capture (since I don’t know ahead of time I need to capture the packets). I’m sure there is paid software, but I’d prefer a free solution.
