Network Planning Stage, existing WISP any issue ?

Hi, we are on the verge of starting to plan our towers and its locations.
We only have 1 WISP in our city, who is using all UBNT products and Microtik.
His office is just near to my office too.
His main office main tower and my main office main tower is just 100 yards away.

As we are planning our network, what kind of measures do we need to take or or what care, so that his network, his signals, his frequency doesnt fight with mine or vice versa ?

And before, we do any kind of network planning, do we need to do any kind of spectrum analysis or noise or any kind of interference ?

1st stage - Spectrum Analysis - CLEAR.

2nd stage - Planning of tower locations. So, we discuss about it now.

1st question, is it a bad idea to have your main tower adjacent to your competitor main tower ?

He also uses all UBNT.
