I am planning my network as per the diagram described. I have a 433AH and a 711 running AP mode at my BASE STATION. I have 411 and 711 running as station pseudobridge (somewhr I read mikrotik doesnt connect to AP as a station) . I don’t want WDS wither.
I want to connect the remote buildings as shown Building 1..4 where the users wld be connected thru wires running from the Wireless Station. into switches and so on. Each building is assigned a separate IP series as shown in the diagram. For every user the IP shown would be the gateway. Probably this IP should be assigned to the “ether1” of the station.
My problem is how do I assign the IP series defined on my Internet Server to the station Buildings. Wether I add it to wlan1 of each station. I am not using the bandwidth management etc on mikrotik. It is being handled by my Internet Server but then how about MAC Authentication as the station shows the same MAC for every user.
Lots of confusion…
