New 133 Board Error

I have two brand new 133 boards, having the same problem on each.
-Upon trying to connect to the boards the immediately show router disconnected when trying to connect via winbox.
-Upon trying to telnet to them, they hand after putting in the correct default admin password
-If I try and put and incorrect name/pass the board does recognize it is incorrect.
-If I connect via serial they do the same thing.
-If I try and reinstall the software with netinstall, I change the boot device to ethernet, but when the board reboots it still trys to boot from nand. The boot device won’t stick.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestion. But, no luck. I switched the power supply out and the two boards still have the same problem. I tested several other 133 boards on the same power supply and they work fine. Anything else I can try?

Just a follow-up for those that run into the same problem. I hadn’t noticed but both boards had shipped with the soft reset jumper shorted, which was causing the problem.
