New device type

Hi,

I’ve set a new device and selected my probe in the indentification tab. The probe test an oid to know if it’s from a specific manufacturer.

When I select Discovery in my map, the devices keep get the type “unknown” assigned.

Any idea what i’m doing wrong?

you need to tell anyone reading your post what you 've tried precisely, i.e. post your probe code or a screenshot of how you made it … have you examined the way other probes are made? if not, you need to start there
