New feature: Exclude web-proxy from bandwidth management

I would like MT to let me exclude web-proxy from bandwidth management in an easy way (just one click (or two )

let me explain… if I have a PCQ queue (for example) for my clients (512kbps/512kbps) if they download a website from internet, the maximum speed they obtain is 512kbps, and if the website is cached, they download that site at a maximum of 512kbps too… i would like to have an option to exclude cached elements from that 512kbps (in this case) and let users download at full lan speed

Is it possible to add this feature? or I’m asking for something that technically can’t be implemented?

you can do it already - if u use packetmarks, than mark traffic from cache to clients diferently than traffic from everywhere, and limit that last traffic not your local cache traffic.

i think it is doable.

ok, it iwll be more than 2 clicks and a lot of brainwork if it is not working that easy as i just said. :unamused:
