New Firewall Rule

Hi,

I create a new firewall rule to block some IP adress.
winbox-IP\Firewall\FilterRules\NewRule\ Chain: input dst.address: 61.174.51.225/24.
It is the right settings?

/ip firewall filter add chain=forward dst-address=61.174.51.225/24 action=drop

I guess WP mean the firewall, if so depending on XP or W7, with putting the ip would be worth, but care has to be static IP.
