how fix it? seller say - 1 year and no variant
In box you have PoE Injector and Power Adapter. Without Ethernet patch-cord.
Please use the cable-tester on your PatchCord what you use or use other cable.
You should reach 100MbEthernet, means 100Mbps.
Maybe you have problem with Auto-negotiation ? Please connect lgh with few ethernet device like switch/pc/router and check in log’s the ethernet speed.
Good way is check this and show us your’s:

- 1m cable
- PoE adapter/injector
- setting manual 100Mb HalfDuplex and FullDuplex
you have the same results then USE WARRANTY from your distributor.
This is not a magic, it’s should just work.
