I use a “bullet” on my boat for Wifi reception and trying to change over to a 52hpn. I plug into my PC via POE device beeps stays on for a few seconds then all the light extinguish. Winbox does not seem to find it. I must be missing something basic. Any suggestions? Thanks Anthony

wait until LED stops flashing, and only then release the button - this will launch Netinstall mode, to reinstall RouterOS.
Please use Netinstall to reinstall the device:
