New hAP ac2 - WebFig admin login doesn't work (but telnet does)

Hi all,

I just got my new hAP ac2, however I have the problem that I can’t log in via WebFig. When I open the login page and enter the username “admin” and a blank password, I get the message “Authentication failed: invalid username or password.”. Interestingly enough, login via Telnet with the same credentials works fine. I’ve already tried a factory reset, but as it seems, that doesn’t affect the users configuration and passwords, so that didn’t help.

What do I have to do to access WebFig? Is there any way to reset the admin password, or do I have to activate access to WebFig somehow…?

RouterOS version is 6.40.5.

Never mind, I solved it: there’s something off in my browser, though I don’t know what exactly. In a new, empty Firefox profile and in Chromium everything works a treat, so it’s not an issue with the hAP.
