New ISP with Mikrotik Basebox5

Hi Team,

Willing to Start WISP with 30-80 expected clients in our location. One of my friend already started in another location, i am visited the premises, he is maintaining Antamedia server with Mikrotik basebox, now i am planning to run a standalone Base station with out server, is it possible to maintain with Basebox5. instead of antamedia i want manage user FUP Plans and bandwidth speed control, MAC Filtering and user Authentication login page, etc.,

Dear friends i am asking without Dedicated 24 X 7 server PC, is it possible to manage my setup with Basebox & antennas setup ?

It is possible to use a hosted billing/RADIUS like visp.net, then an on-site server is not required.
