New Mikrotik user here. NAT questions, of course!

Hi everyone!
I’m a new (proud) owner of a Mikrotik RB4011iGS. And a total beginner in RouterOS.
I love the way the system works (it’s very fast and fluid), but i just hit the wall on a few things.
For now, i have two major issues:

  1. I have a NVR behind the router. Therefore i used on the WAN port, a NAT rule to forward port 8000, port 90 and port 443, to the internal IP of the NVR. It’s all good now, when i connect from outside to the external IP, i can see my NVR. But for the love of God, i can’t make it work from inside the network. If i try to access from LAN the NVR external IP, i would get a refused connection. What kind of rule shall i make for NAT so that i can use the NVR software even from LAN?

  2. I have a device that i have to completely set up as direct connect to ISP provider. Therefore, i need it to use external IP, and not use the other WAN port i use for internet. How to set this up? I couldn’t find anywhere a way to enter the IP, NM, GW, DNS for another WAN… i can only find the one for the default WAN port.

Thank you in advance and have a nice day!
