maybe the “general” topic is not the correct place for my questions but, i am sure lots of us are wondering weather MUM"s will be held this year somewhere in Europe. So, are you planing us a kind of (positive) surprise and MUM Meeting are planned for 2022?

If you need to provide that kind of lubrication you are not doing it right. 
My guess is 2023 since it’s pretty late in the year to announce a MUM. Even if it was announced today they’d probably want to give at least 90 days notice (if not more) to give people time to plan travel which puts us pretty close to winter holidays.
Most of the US and European MUMs i’ve been to are between February and April.
It sucks that all the MUMs stopped because the 2020 EU MUM was supposed to be in Prague

Yes, and my personal experience travelling is that
a. Normis should state the MUM is feb2-feb5 when actually its feb4,5 as most people will arrive at least one day late due to air travel.
b. Normis should provide MT swag tshirts-socks-shorts-underwear as at least 10% of folks will be without luggage.
In other words, probably a good idea for the airline travel to sort itself out first…
Both the times I visited the MUM, I traveled by train. In Europe, that is usually possible. (of course I would not go to a MUM that is 2000km away, but wait for a closer one)
So, neither Normis or other MT guys have answered this thread so I am assuming that the next MUM Meeting will be held in 2023.

Well, when you are within reasonable travel distance it is a good deal for an interesting day and a lot of goodies.
And you can probably meet some interesting people…
Of course, when you only go there to attend the lectures you might as well view them on Youtube.
Feeding the llama with lubricant, hanging out in the bars and showing of with the best quote of quotes would be some the driving forces to meet up IRL.
