New Office LAN design - which router? Advice please

Hi!

I am totally new to MikroTik gear and looking for advice. Any suggestions to spec a router for small office LAN. Can you suggest which model(s) are most suitable? Here are the details:

Router required to act as “something like” branch router/small core
No on premises servers, all resources in cloud.
No VPNs
No site - site links
One uplink to internet provider (SFP either fibre or Cat6 - To be confirmed)
Single power supply (standard European AC, not provider -48v).
Integrated 100/1000 copper Ethernet ports to act as switch (>8 is enough)
Users connect via WLAN (controller will connect directly to Router)
Firewall capability on-board
QoS capability

Nice to have (optional):
UTM capability
dual power supply


Traffic profile:
Provider Internet link is still to be confirmed, but minimum 100Mbps, possibly up to 300Mbps

250 users.
90% HTTPS (web traffic, including small amount of streaming services like video, music)
10% HTTPS video conferencing
Estimate of 50Mbps average throughput, peaks at 70Mbps
Firewall feature would need to handle 80 Mbps of encrypted traffic

Would the RB1100AHx4 be sufficient, or maybe CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+?

I would suggest look in at the 3011 as that would be able to to most of ur needs or if you feel more comfortable with something with a bit more grunt that will be in a place with good ventilation I would suggest looking at the 4011 as they are pretty much a cheaper and smaller rb1100

I would use two devices: switch and router. Easier to find something, and probably cheaper than buying something huge with lots of ports.

Those devices are certainly sufficient and allow for some growth in traffic and/or some additional capabilities like VPN, wireless controller (for MikroTik wireless only), network monitoring etc.
Of course now they will sit mostly idle but for an Office LAN the price should not be a problem and it has no advantage to try to shop cheaper.
