Can someone tell me how to configure an RB1100?
Do i must use the console port? or one of the ETH ports are already configured with an IP?
What is the process of starting the configuration?

Yes, connect with serial cable, and configure an IP address on the desired port. Then you can connect with Winbox. This document should get you started:

The first ever RouterOS device I touched was an RB1000. Compared to other routing platforms they are so cheap my employer didn’t see any point in spending less money.
